Dr. Anthony Fauci, while virtually unknown to the public outside of Washington D.C. until earlier this year, has become a household name in America during the year of the Chinese COVID-19 virus. With his level of experience in his field and having served under multiple presidents, Fauci is considered one of the leading infectious disease experts in the world.
That experience presumably played a role in helping him secure a new gig under former Vice Presiden Joe Biden, should he take control of the White House in January. According to The Hill, Fauci was asked by the media-declared president-elect to serve as his chief medical adviser and as a member of his newly-formed COVID-19 task force.
Fauci was apparently so eager to work under Biden’s command that he admitted that he didn’t even take more than a few seconds to make his decision.
“Absolutely, I said yes right on the spot,” Fauci eagerly told NBC host Savannah Guthrie after she asked if he would accept the role of chief medical adviser.

TRENDING: ‘Fake News’: Kayleigh McEnany Rips Into CNN’s Anderson Cooper After False Claim About Husband
Biden confirmed the news on Thursday during a segment on CNN when he was questioned about Fauci’s role.
“I asked him to stay on the exact same role he’s had for the past several presidents, and I asked him to be a chief medical adviser for me as well, and be part of the COVID team,” Biden told CNN’s Jake Tapper.
Fauci’s redeployment means he will continue to serve as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases while taking on a role in Biden’s upcoming COVID-19 task force — a task force that is already drawing controversy after it was revealed that part of Biden’s “plan” to tackle the spread of the Chinese virus includes having Americans promise to wear a mask for 100 days.
Guthrie asked Fauci about Biden’s 100-day mask statement, to which Fauci immediately started his job as Biden’s COVID-19 spin doctor, attempting to explain what Biden really meant…
“Is that enough or do you feel like that might put an artificial time limit on how long people need to be wearing masks?” Guthrie inquired.
“No, he didn’t mean it that way,” Fauci responded. “What he wants, he just wants to get — and it’s a good idea — uniform.
Apparently, Fauci isn’t aware of the fact that most people wear masks, most people social distance (this is all required if you walk into virtually any store in the United States) and so far, nine months later, it doesn’t appear to be working. But Fauci, Biden and others on the left continue to beat the “WEAR YOUR MASK!” drum anyway.
Fauci, while obviously a respected doctor, became less respected by President Donald Trump’s supporters as the COVID-19 pandemic began to drag on and on, with new “rules” seemingly popping up every day and Fauci’s willingness to criticize the president and his supporters for holding rallies and practicing other personal freedoms that the U.S. Constitution affords them.
Something tells me that Fauci is about to become a lot less popular if and when the time comes that he works in a Biden White House.
