Many conservatives lost their ability to take Chris Wallace seriously a long time ago while some only lost respect for him after his disastrous job hosting the Fox News Presidential Debate. At the debate, we saw Chris Wallace acting as a member of Joe Biden’s campaign team, rescuing him from criticism throughout the night.
It seems that Fox News enjoys losing in the ratings competition week after week. Instead of changing from their progressive-loving course, the media corporation doubles down and allows Chris Wallace to once again run cover for the people actively undermining our republic.
When speaking to Sandra Smith yesterday, Chris Wallace says that he assumes that “the Justice Department will continue its investigation” of Hunter Biden, saying that the U.S. Attorney in Delaware is “directly investigating “Hunter Biden’s taxes.” Something Chris Wallace refused to admit before the November 3rd election when the infamous Hunter Biden laptop came to light after a shocking NY Post article exposed the contents.
Chris Wallace refuses to admit that the investigation into Hunter Biden refers to anything but “Hunter Biden’s taxes.” He says about the “broader criminal investigation; it is not as clear that Hunter Biden is part of that.” Except that many sources, including Sen. Tom Cotton, assures us that this investigation is about more than just “taxes.”
Running cover for the Biden’s, Chris Wallace claims that it is “change as normal” for a new administration to “come in and change the U.S. Attorney in various locations.” This is true to an extent, but if we are honest, we know that the Trump Administration would not have been able to change any DOJ officials investigating him or anyone in his family without heavy criticism from the same media personality running cover for the Bidens.
Chris Wallace gladly claims that it wouldn’t be out of the normal for a new administration to come in a squash such an investigation. Wallace painted the picture that Trump uses the DOJ to benefit his personal political needs without any sense of irony.
Wallace says that Biden “hasn’t named his attorney general yet, and that person will have to go through Senate confirmation.” At that point, the Senate would be responsible for asking if the new attorney general will “keep on the U.S. Attorneys that are conducting the matters in Delaware and Manhattan.”
“Justice Department guidelines are that the Justice Department does not take any action in the weeks or even months leading up to an investigation – to an election that sways the election,” says Wallace. The problem most conservatives have with this issue is that the American people deserve to have all the facts in front of them before voting, especially if the investigation involves business dealings with other countries – like China – known to deal illegally and use blackmail against their business partners.
Wallace says that “it would seem the [A.G] Barr was playing it by the book in not” releasing the information that the DOJ was investigating Joe Biden’s only living son and one connected to a large portion of the family’s wealth. Citing “the firestorm when James Comey, the F.B.I Director,” came out and said “there would be no prosecution of Hillary Clinton for her email” but then “11 days before the election he announced the investigation was being reopened because of information that was on Anthony Wiener’s laptop.”
He covers A.G. Barr’s important inaction as a case of a “damned if you do and damned if you don’t” situation when in reality, it feels more like an obstruction of the release of important information relevant to a U.S. election.
Wallace with a grin said,” You can be sure that Donald Trump is not happy today that his attorney general did not release the information that this long investigation since 2018 had been going on while all of the fuss about Hunter Biden was at its zenith during October days before the election.”
It is a huge threat to our republic when the media neglects their job and instead works for or aid one party over another. We have a serious problem that we were banned from speaking about the Hunter Biden laptop before the election. It is a very serious threat to our republic.
