Moments ago Kathryn Watson of CBS News released a statement from lawyer Sidney Powell.
This comes after the Trump campaign released the following statement, causing confusion among those who assumed Powell was formally part of the team since she appeared in the press conference with Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis just days ago.

In her statement released to Kathryn Watson of CBS News, Powell teases “Kraken on Steroids.”
She writes “I understand today’s press release. I will continue to represent #WeThePeople who had their votes for Trump and other Republicans stolen by massive fraud through Dominion and Smartmatic, and we will be filing suit soon. The chips will fall where they may, and we will defend the foundations of this great Republic. #KrakenonSteroids.”
Michael Flynn, who Powell represents, also issued a statement moments ago.
