Well, Kamala Harris’ niece Meena just proved that a lack of a filter runs in the family.
It doesn’t pay to try and get all communist “cute” online. It will usually backfire…and in Meena’s case, it sure did.
She, like many other liberals, quickly politicized the shooting in Colorado to suit her own narrative.
The only problem is that Meena did it in the most moronic way possible and it completely blew up in her face.
She issued a tweet, which she was forced to later delete, which assumed the shooter was caucasian due to the fact that he was left alive.
It’s an incredibly tone-deaf tweet and one which just perpetuates more separation and hatred, which Meena was quickly called out on.
Here’s the tweet she posted:

And this was her “apology” tweet (if you can call it that) after she deleted the tweet:
Of course, Meena Harris wasn’t the only one who was caught with their pants down after making those assumptions.
Liberals on Twitter did not hesitate to condemn “White men” Monday as news broke of a mass shooting at a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado, but before the suspect’s identity was revealed.
Police identified the suspect on Tuesday as Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, a 21-year-old Middle Eastern resident of Arvada, Colo. He has been charged with 10 counts of first-degree murder. A motive for the attack has not yet been made public.
However, many so-called “blue check” Twitter users rushed to weigh in on the deadly shooting, specifically focusing on the alleged shooter’s race, which they wrongly declared the suspect as “White”.
“Extremely tired of people’s lives depending on whether a [W]hite man with an AR-15 is having a good day or not,” Deadspin senior writer Julia DiCaro wrote Monday night.
“It’s always an angry [W]hite man. always,” USA Today “race and inclusion” editor Hemal Jhaveri agreed with DiCaro in a now-deleted tweet.
These games of identity politics are really getting old with the left.
And quite frankly it’s going to be the end of them.
