Moments ago, President Joe Biden spoke out on the Senate passing of the $1.9 trillion stimulus bill.

Biden said “I want to thank all of the Senators who worked so hard to reach a compromise and voted to pass the American Rescue Plan.”

“It wasn’t easy, but it was so desperately needed,” he added.
